Thrustmaster Wheel issues
So I got a Thrustmaster Ferrari Racing wheel a few months back just for ETS2, and a week back I ran into a issue with it in game. If I barley move it left, the axis goes fully left, same when I turn it right. I've uninstalled the wheel, reinstalled it and nothing has changed. I've went as far as uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, still does it. It works fine on my laptop, but I get around 6 FPS on my laptop in game. I've searched the web and found nothing, just with G27's, and that doesn't help at all. So i'm fed up and decided to post here..HELP LOL..

Have you tried adjusting the Linearity setting in-game?

Some basic things to try (which may or may not help):

1. Make sure you don't have any other controllers plugged in.
2. BEFORE you start up the game, "calibrate" your wheel by turning it lock-to-lock and pressing the pedals to full.
3. Re-do the controller config settings.

Done all that, still nothing.

Not sure if you have any drivers for your wheel, but I found this link to Thrustmaster Tech Support's download page: http://ts.thrustmaster.com/eng/

Since you've indicated that you've already tried adjusting the linearity setting in-game (and presumably in your wheel's utility/configuration software if applicable) then about the only thing further I can suggest is to clear the key bindings for turn left & right in the game's control menu.

This was a bug (a very long time ago now) which caused this exact issue on some systems, it may have been fixed or not, I'm not sure however it can't hurt to try even if it's pretty much a 'Hail Mary' right?

As a last resort, you might try deleting your profile's control configuration file (controls.sii) altogether and starting out fresh.

If you're running Windows 7, the profile is located at:
<systemdrive>:/users/<username>/documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/Profiles/<profilename>

<profilename> will be a hexadecimal representation of the actual in-game profile name in ASCII, so a profile name of '414243495051' represents an in-game profile called 'ABC123' ('A' is ASCII 65 which in hexadecimal is 41).

There is also a global control file (global_controls.sii) in the 'Euro Truck Simulator 2' directory which might be worthwhile deleting as well. Both files will auto-generate once you re-start the game.

Can't say any of this will help, but you never know...

All these comments are simply wrong. All you have to do is unassign keys for steering in the game in options.
