thats easy. what OS are u using. if you are using win you can use notpad or you can download note++ it a free download just google note++

rubble duck how do i open the Note++ when i have installed it on to my desktop?

If you are talking about game mods, .scs files are ZIP archives with simply changed file extension. You can open them with any archiver supporting ZIP format (you may need to change the file extension to .zip first).

If you are talking about the .scs in game files, then you need to extract them with scs_extractor, which I don't think has a version for OSX, but you can probably run it fine under WINE.
