No reply is not as not reading.
Most companies with PR team also dosn´t answer to mails like that because it is too much work.
Use the SCS Forum. If many people agree with your points be sure SCS will read it. No mail needed. :)

I don't want a PR dept handling Customer Support. And curious why you think support can't be done well without one or that a business wouldn't be transparent. It has been my experience that a PR dept makes things less transparent.
You know why the customer support at large companies ask you all those stupid questions about things unrelated to your call/inquiry? Because PR told them they had to.
Maybe Akula mis-typed the word "boy", as you are only 16, eh? And you're not the first kid to come in and start spouting ideas on how you think things should be...
You might get better reception of you take it down a notch.
