Logitech G27 180 Degree Lock
When I play on ETS 2, my G27 only turns 180 degrees (90 degrees to each side). I have tried editing the global settings, created a new profile and edited on there. I have even tried uplugging the wheel and plugging it back in. Nothing seems to work for me and I am stuck with twitchy steering. If anyone has had the same experience or know of some way to fix this, I would appreciate the help.

Make sure your ETS2-profile is pointing to the right .exe. 32- or 64-bit depending on which you're running.

Also make sure you have set up the Logitech Profiler and have that program running when you are playing ETS2.

Here's how to set up the rotation for the wheel.

With your wheel plugged in, open the Profiler. Go to Device, Game Controllers. In the following window be sure the G27 is selected, then click on Properties. On that screen click on Settings at the bottom right. Make sure the Degrees of Rotation is set to 900. Everything else should be at 100%. Save/Close everything and try ETS2.

I think you'll find the wheel will rotate the way you want it o.

I have the Logitech Profiler and have the settings at 900 degrees of rotation. But it doesn't make any difference, I still get the 180 degree problem.
The rotation is set in the profiler . It isnt controlled by any other software . Read the guide I posted and set the wheel up the way it shopws . If it is still on 180 degrees then you can try deleting the controls and config files from your ets2 folder in my documents and set the game back up .

I have the same issue. When I'm in the profiler it's fine, but when I switch to steam it goes back to 180.

I duplicated the settings for both ETS2 EXE's, one for the 32-bit, and another for the 64-bit. Double check where the profiler is pointing to which and make a duplicate to point to the other. Then you won't have problems.

I've not had any issues running the G27 on my system.

Try, after setting up a profile for the game and selecting it, going to the options menu and manually activating it as a persistant profile in 'Global Profiler Settings' rather than letting the profiler select automatically.

I usually have problems with the profiler automatically selecting correct profiles under certain cases, the above always ensures the correct profile stays loaded.

I use R3E, AC, ETS2, F12012 etc. I have seperate profiles for each game. Just select the right profile and launch game from profiler.

I have the same issue, just it's locked at maximum rotation.
My G27 works fine with every single game I have except with this crap.
