G923 is designed with the new ForceFeedback system in this case called TrueForce.
→ G923 has the dual clutch start function known as Launch Control which can be activated via the GHUB.
→ G29 is compatible with PS4, PS3, PS5 and PC.
→ G923 is manufactured in 2 identical versions, one for Xbox and PC and the other for PS4, PS5 and PC.
→ The brake pedal of G923 is less stiff and more progressive, giving a more realistic feel.
→ In similarities, we have the same amount of buttons, the same layout, the same pedalboard except for the small improvement to the brake pedal.
Thanks, I'm not looking for expensive wheel, as I decide between the budget ones. I mainly play sims like ETS, sometimes some racing games, so I am not looking for any high-end sim rig. Just, I'm not sure which one to pick, as the reviews said "go for G29", and the other ones pointed "go for G923 as it's G29 with upgrades". And I like your opinion as you pointed some of things that are important to me. I know that both wheels are good for their price, just I'd like to get any feedback from people who had them both/played on one of them to choose the perfect one for me. Thanks for letting me now the things you pointed out in bullets! :)

no sé si la traduccion es erronea. pero yo sí tengo el g29, y estoy contenta. se me rompio el viejo y me volvi a comprar el mismo. que tengas una buena elección. saludos
And that is the main difference. So maybe check if your other games support it.
Been using the G29 for many years, 4, about 2000 hours in SCS sims plus around 500 in F1 and Rally sims.
The wheel is an entry level, but a good one, with all the features I need for my weekend gaming sessions, 900 degrees turn, good FFB, lot of buttons
After a few months using mine, got a mounting base, bolted the wheel base, pedals and shift stick. If I may, that was the best, the break "issue" many ppl complain about, went away. Break pedal feels very similar to my RL car.
When choosing between Logi and TM, I opted Logi, because they have a proper office and support local, TM don't.
Yeah, G29 break stiffness, some people adress it as a problem, some call it "advantage". I wonder if it's close to the real brake in real car (at least from what I've experienced), or maybe fixed g923 stiffness is better for the reason. Atm, I think that I'm gonna go for G923, as it's a bit newer and the most of the reviews adress the refurbished brake system as a way better than in G29. Not to lie, I'm just building entry level sim-rig, so I don't want to pay 200$ more for the Moza/Thrustmaster T300 wheel. Especially if I count all the items I want to buy, it'll give +/- 1k USD for the whole rig. Great to hear detailed opinion like yours! Cheers!
You can replace the potentiometers with optical components. At Amazon, Price about 39EUR. It is very worth it.
Hello Tom
i am looking for that, but i cannot find it.
are you talking about the logitech optical sensor? this is for mouse, isn't it? not for wheels. what are you talking about? :)
i also see magnetic sensors, are they worst?
i know nothing about electronic :)
thanks
