Strange message at start up of launch pad.

Does anyone else get this message before they are able to play ETS 2 at their Launchpad?

Then you have to press an OK button then ETS 2 starts back to Launchpad.

I have only had this message since the update 1.13, I bought the game at Retail along time ago and added it to Steam, can anyone advise me or know what this is and how to get rid of it please?

Seems to be an issue a few people are having, I really don't know the problem or how to solve it but if you search the discussions you may be able to find a topic on it with answers. You could also visit the offical SCS forums at http://forum.scssoft.com and browse the ETS2 section for possible answers.

MP mod is now using some SDK features.

Ah !! That's where it's coming from then,but !! why is it showing up in my normal game and not MP?

Are you using TrackIR 5. Happens to me using TrackIR. If I don't use TrackIR it just goes thru a normal start up.

Yes, I am also using TrackIR 5 but never had a problem with that in all the time I have owned ETS 2, probably the MP thing doing it.

I have the same issue. not using track IR just multiplayer.

sdk warning is a plugin . You will get it if you use Fanaleds as well . Go into your game folder ie DRIVELETTER:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86\plugins

Any dll files in there will cause this message . The file mp_launch_helper.dll has appeared in mine since the mp update but I was getting the message in any case because of FanaLEDsPluginETS2.dll which controls the led lights on my G27 .

What do I do then please? Delete them if I find them or what?

Depends if you need them . Its a fair guess MP will not work if you remove it . Same with the others what ever put them there will stop if you delete them .
