Yes, you can trade in your old truck by clickting the "trade in" button at the dealer. That will sell your current truck and mods and discount that amount from the price of the new truck.
Once you trade a truck in, it's gone forever. But give it to an employee and your old trucks will always be there.
I also give better trucks to employees that earn more than other employees. Low earning employees drive in old trucks with high mileage and so on, lol.
Not that my drivers enjoy 750hp on tap. I like to set them off in basic Renault Premiums. So they know their place.
That said I kinda like the 330hp (I may be wrong) Iveco as a personal driver. It makes me work the gears :)
It's just something I do to make the management-side more interesting and more involved. I also move better drivers to my better earning garages where they replace the lowest earning drivers and so on. What else is there to do on that screen? ^^
Eventually they'll earn about the same though, but till then I have some fun being the boss of my trucking-empire. ^^
This is true, but by level 16 you can usually buy most of the mods to make the other trucks viable.
