Truck GPS screen.

can someone tell me hot to enable truck gps screen. i read its one of these buttons but no luck so far.

speaking for myself, i use a wheel as a controller and a button box and i keybind keys into my butonbox if that makes sense, eg : I have Display Screen as button X, and infotainment key as Y , depending on which truck you own and what spec interior you have some " budget trucks" don't have gps on display screens

Assign a key for "Infotainment Display Mode" binding. FYI, not all cabin type has GPS display screen.

Not all trucks and interiors have one.
So it's either there or not.
Some have it as an extra device on the windscreen that you have to purchase at a truck workshop or when you buy the truck.

"v" or "z" should cycle through the different modes.
"i" cycles through the onboard computer functions (fuel consumption, temps, etc.) .

I drive scania r as my first truck and this one does have truck inscreen. sadly v or z didnt do anything. Before this new games ui it would always automatically work.
I will try later purchase a new truck to see if that works.

I always use the HUD GPS, so I can't tell for shure. There it's the F keys, F5, F6,...
Take a look at the "Route Advisor" settings.

Edit: Ah.... no GPS at all. Mods?

I disabled the mods and still no luck. Howewer when i started a new profile with quick job and diferent truck, the gps was working. Seems like the issue is when i buy a new truck i cant find a way to turn on gps in the truck. Mby later in the game with a new truck might work but for now no luck.

You need to equip the "Exclusive" interior, as opposed to the "Standard", in order to have a functioning in-dash GPS. And there is no default key for turning it on/off, you must assign one in Options -> Keys & Buttons, however, the default state is "ON", so if your truck has a functioning in-dash GPS it will be on when you start the truck.

Not all - if any? - stock interiors come with a GPS as standard.
Upgrade the interior and it should be there.

Right now i dont have enough lvl to change the interior, However once i have i will try it. From what i seen from testing the quick jobs, this might be it. Thank you all for the help, Hopefully this work.

yes 'infotainment display mode' will turn navigation in the truck off/on

right below that in the route advisor section there is also 'navigation zoom mode' that will switch the truck gps zoom like F5 does for route advisor
imo they put this in the wrong section as it is NOT for route advisor

also go into auxillary cameras and assign a button to interior camera zoom then it allows you to zoom in to dashboard and others
