Indicators won't stop blinking

Any solutions guys? It happened suddenly and they won't stop blinking. Also on my dashboard is one flashing pink light.

I'm driving the Renault Magnum Excellence. I could always resort back to an earlier save before it happened but there must be a solution...

PS Yes I visited the mechanic and got all problems fixed so it is not that.
