Mods and 1.16 patch

Have there been any problems with mods and the 1.16 public beta patch?

1.16 is no longer in beta, it has gone live now. You should be seeing 1.16.2 in the upper left corner of the profile page.

But haven't had any issues at all yet... no crashes, no real stutters (autosave mainly), or anything else of the like. I'm running ProMods 1.83 (with a separate fix for the dealers), Early/Late Winter 3.0, a lot of Jazzycat's packs for 1.15, and even still using a Kenworth T800 seamlessly.

I think going 64bit and opening up memory has definitely helped overall, especially as you pile on the mods. My mod folder is nearly 7gb, a pittance compared to others though.

The only problem I have with Mods, is the American Trucks, IE " Kenworth T800 and the Freightliner Coronado." I downloaded them and they just don't show up !! I cannot understand it, everything else works fine, I have one Truck Mod, that's the Mercedes MP 4 But ! I am only using that with TSM 5.3.1. Any Idea's guys?

I use this Kenworth T800 mod and i don't have any problems with it at all.

Thanks BCS , your lucky, I just don't know why I cannot find it any dealerships, including the one it's supposed to be in.

If you have other truck mods they can overlap each other, try to see if this is the case.

I already did that BCS, I went onto my Promods map and there wasn't any Truck Mod enabled, only the normal Jazzycat one's, Painted truck etc.

All my mods are working fine at 1.16 as they were at 1.15. You can see the Compatibility at http://ets2downloads.com/ if you want to be sure.

That missing mirror mentioned in the comments for 1.02 is also the same issue they had on the original 1.0 release.

I'm still using T800 V1.01[ets2.lt] as mentioned above. It's rather interesting how some have troubles after update and some, like myself, seem to have a horseshoe in our exhaust because there aren't any problems. Both my drivers are setup with this truck too.

I have found though in the past, that when a truck mod doesn't work it is because there is a conflict somewhere. I do only use one truck mod at a time generally (ie disabled the VNL780 in my profile before enabling T800), so maybe that is the key. Also, which DAF dealer are you visiting? I bought my Kenny in Glasgow, so perhaps check there.

I disabled Russia version 1.4 as it crashed the game when turning off street into repair garages, to be fair though it was for version 1.14.
