Is there a max speed?

I'm using my Volvo truck. I can't get above 55MPH. MAYBE 66 if I'm lucky downhill.

Has nothing to do with being a D-I-C-K. It has to do with playing the sim as intended. If you're bored, than play something else, instead of this, and asking silly questions.

I'm not telling how to play, only what this sim is about. You want SPEED RACER, and this is about TRUCK DELIVERIES. Something you should have known long before purchasing it, and asking stupid question. :rfacepalm:

So far using cruise control to go 55 in towns and 70 on the highway hasn't given me a fine. I'll keep doing it the way I am.

Also, I am not playing GTA 4 and I am playing this, despite owning both, because I want the buisness factor and delivery factor. I simply wanna go faster.

Besides, I play this for some fun every now and then. My main game is Dota 2.

i have reached 180 km/h in my scania. but to reach that kind of speed, you need a loooooong staight. eastern europa has highways with long straights.
but 200 is not possible to reach.

Good on ya mate, don't let ppl tell you how to play the game. If you were on someone's multiplay server that's one thing but to be told how to play single-player.
I got bored like you did and turned of the limiter a long time ago. I usually go the "truck speed limit" but on some of those long highway runs I definitelty crank it up to 150kph for a bit, it's much more enjoyable, esp when you have to watch out for the speed traps.

Literally going 70MPH all the time on highways. I'm not one of those guys like Bob thinks going like 200.

I got 174kmh (about 105mph?)out of a Scania V8, but it took some time to get there.
