how long?
if a trip would be 62 ingame hours, how long would that roughly take IRL? I turned the "tiredness" system off, so I could keep going non stop

About 6 hours. The rough rule of thumb is simply 10 hour driving = 1 hour IRL playing.

well, I am glad I did not take the job then (even though the money was pretty sweet, but oh well) LOL
If it's not external contract (World of Truck), it doesn't matter, you can stop, quit the game and go back to it later

1 hr = 3 minutes irl

You can also check by yourself.

time ratio is different in cities. 1h=3min is while on the autobahn.

You got that backwards. It's 1:20 on the Autobahn, 1:3 in cities.
No, you read it wrong :) One in game hour can indeed to be done in three minutes (scale of 1:20) whilst tanking along on motorway roads but unless your route is entirely on those types of roads you are not going to achieve that. Personally I use five minutes per in game hour as a rough rule of thumb.

irl assuming that eu rules are met ( 9 and 10hrs driving time ),then it would take over 1 week assuming you have used 3@9 hrs and 2@ 10hrs driving(eu rules) or 6@ 9hrs with weekly rest periodit would take 1 week and 8hrs.
Not really helping OP I presume, but with 62 in game hours I've averaged about 4100 in game kilometers.

Measured over 1000 in game hours I've averaged 66.127 km on a profile with Promods, on another profile without map mods it's looking to average out similarly.
