In my case, the system (after calibration) reacts very well to the wheel (e.g. in FS22) - only in ETS2 do I have to turn the wheel approx. 45° until a reaction occurs in the program.
The dead zone is set to 0, the maximum steering angle of 900° is identical to the truck.
I'll try out the line for myself - keep your fingers crossed :)

ok - I was probably too quick to cross your fingers -_-
Apart from a different steering angle (and approx. 80% max) there was no change - my dead zone remained at 45° - a pity
