Texture/Graphic Problem = no roads or buildings

So I bought the game yesterday from steam, it installed and started fine, but the problem I'm having is that there are no roads or buildings visible at all - it looks like I'm driving on the sea or something. I'm running it on a Mac, and i've been troubleshooting all day yesterday but can't seem to fix it?

Is there a way I can downgrade to a lower version on mac until the bug is resolved?

Please help, I'm desperate to get cruising!

I looked into this on another post in the forums under "Cant see road".

Whilst I'm not a Mac user, hardware is hardware and it seems (IMO) that the laptop the guy was just under required specs for the game to play correctly. Most of the issues seemed to be coming from his intergrated GFX which was a Intel HD graphics 3000 284 MB Graphics card which was drawing from his 4GB od onboard memory...hence thie issues.

His overall spec was a 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor, 4 GB of memory, and a Intel HD graphics 3000 284 MB Graphics card. sounds like it should do the job but I honestly belive that the intergrated graphics card is the problem as the minimum Mac spec requires a dedicated card.

So..that could be the problem and if your specs are similar I'd honestly suggest asking steam for a refund.

However, dosent mean I'm right or that you have the same hardware and it might be something else completely...but Mac support seems..lacking!

Why people buy Macs baffles me.... Pay twice as much for something you can't work on, and that a custom PC out performs.

Sometimes they are hand-me-downs, but yeah I agree baffles me too

Seems there is a know issue and they are working to patch it!
