Only Steam and SCS knows.

Speculation: Within 6-8 weeks depending on when the last sale was.

I think there's going to be annual Steam Spring sale soon. I would say there's a good chance that some SCS stuff is included.

EDIT: got curious. Yep, Spring sales starts this week's Thursday. Fasten your seat belts, so to speak.
