There is also the R3 bundle. Same stuff except smaller and less powerful base but still the Direct Drive aspect of it is what you want.
Also if you really want the moza truck wheel in the future you can upgrade to it. It will fit the base of R5 or R3
The Truck Sim wheel is designed for trucking, but isn't so good for other racing. Vision GS is a big outlay when you're not already using a wheel. I'd start with the R5 bundle, then see how it feels, and if you want to carry on further into the sim-hobby. And my recommendation for Truck Sim would be the TSW truck wheel.
