ROEX crash is Caracal city Romania

happened because of nothing as i see(it can't, i know, but i was driving with list of mods that ill show you in this message and it was ok) I ended my Tbilisi-Caracal and then wanted to do anotner orded and boom-crash. I was facing same problem and just deleted kazakhhstan map so it helped w\ rusmapS and other.
