Serbia 100% map bug

There's a small portion of map in Serbia that cannot be painted yellow. It's an entrance to Jastuk[imgur.com] factory near Niš/Pristina.

I've disabled all mods but it doesn't work.

Recent map mods like West Balkans or Greece released by SCS are very buggy when it comes to maps. Not sure why.

You've been running with mods but you want to blame SCS for your map discovery issues?

FWIW I have had no problem discovering that location in the past, playing completely vanilla:

Obviously the fact that it has been possible is not necessarily a guarantee that it still is, but I'd like to hear from someone playing completely vanilla who sees the same issue.

I have the same issue, but I playing vanilla version with all mapping DLC's. Never installed any mods
Small road from gas station and little piece of entrance to factory are not painting in yellow
I tried to set a GPS point on this road and ride through it, but game just ignore your movement

If it comforts you: I'm running with mods (none touch the world space tho) and while the roads painted yellow, I did not get the city discovery for the capital of the Kosovo. I mean I drove right through and took pictures of the national libary.

A different problem, not road discovery related. There is only one place that triggers city discovery, it is usually near the city name, and almost always triggers if you can fast travel to the city.

Heh, I just came here to say I fixed it by buying a garage in the city and teleporting there.

I've just looked at my map. If we are talking about the factory and associated roads, it is all yellow. If we are talking about the fuel station, the road is yellow up to the edge of the fuel station but I did not go into the fuel station itself so cannot comment. I have never had a mod.

When just driving through. Take a job to or from the city and you _will_ discover it.

There is no bug in Serbia, a true 100% is possible.

There are two explanations for this given that it would seem that those of us that have visited this area previously have no problem and the map items have stayed discovered. Firstly it could be that SCS has made changes in that area of the map that mean that the underlying item(s) can no longer be discovered by driving through or (possibly more likely) there is a mod that is causing the same effect.
