No special transport jobs spawning on the Dresden-Wroclaw route

I am trying to get the driver exceptionel achievement, but even after sleeping multiple times (at least 1 ingame week), there still isnt any job from Dresden available. Is this a bug, or have they removed that particular route in the 1.53 version, which included rework of Dresden?

Doesn't look like a mod issue, I see the same thing. The route looks to be defined correctly in the .sii files but ever since v1.53 there have been no job offers showing up in the save data. Looks to me like whatever defines the route in the map data may not be set up correctly after the rework of the area around eAcres in Dresden, but since I've no idea what that is (and it might be in the prefab data, which I don't keep or process) I cannot be sure. Definitely worth reporting as a bug, which it was 10 days or so ago but still has no QA id:

There is a road work between Dresden-Wroclav so maybe that is the reason. It is a bug I'd say.
