i have use this tool: https://www.detbit.net/ColorConverter.php
For the mentioned paint job with search input "indigo" this is the result (that's where I have the files extracted) and the colour codes will be in v_m_inb_settings.sui :
C:\Users\somenamehere\Documents\SCS_extracted\ETS_2\volvo_FH_6\def\vehicle\truck\volvo.fh_2024\paint_job\v_m_inb_settings.sui (1 hit)
Line 1: name: "Indigo Black Metallic"
You can probably also do this with Windows (or other OS), but I find it easier with Notepad++
