GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 Best Graphics setting on ver. 1.40 of the game.
Hey, so i finally found out what's the best looking possible settings for a GT 1030 (Mine is paired with a i5 3470 and 16GB RAM.)

I've done almost an hour long benchmark exactly 58.7 minutes with my settings, and the framerates were ok. (RAIN TURNED OFF)
Average FPS: 31.9 FPS
Maximum FPS: 52.1 FPS (Second person view)
Minimum FPS: 24.1 FPS
1% low FPS: 29.8 FPS
0.1% FPS: 19.9 FPS

BTW, framerates or frametime drops so much when you are in second person view at night, when reversing and having hazards on.

The settings are following:
Fullscreen mode (yes)
Brightess 50ish%
Resolution 1080p
VSYNC (yes)

Scaling (125%)
SMAA (Disabled)
SSAO (Disabled)
DOF (yes)
Sunshafts (yes)
Color correction (yes)
Reflection scaling (100%)
Reflection detail (High)
Vegetation detail (High)
Grass density (High)
Shadow quality (Ultra)
Shadow texture size (High)
Weather quality (Ultra)
Mirror quality (Medium)
Mirror resolution (Medium)
Mirror distance (Custom about 70%)
Texture quality (High)
Anisotropic filltering (100%)
Normal maps (yes)
Traffic headlights (yes)
Sec. vehicle lights (yes)
Light visibility ranges (High)
Peds. (yes)

Enjoy!

Turn of DOF. It has an impact on performance but IMO this is not a game changer. Actually, for me it looks better when it's off.
