Workers can't find job

Hello! I have troubles with garages. I had 4 garages (Berlin, Aberdeen, Mangeim, Vien) and 5 workers in each garage. Then I bought a new garages (Bergen, Brest, Munchen), trucks and hired workes but they do nothing. I visited all delivery services in each city but it didn't help me. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

They will do it by themself. They won't drive with you but will take their own contract.

I know it. I spent a lot of time by taking my own contracts and try to skip time on ferries. For example my workers from Berlin can do some contracts while workers from Brest did nothing

It's all part of the sim. Some drivers earn you money. Other drivers take a body swerve. That is why, it is important to keep an eye on them. If they are not making at least £2000 a day, get rid and employ others.

I thought about this. I bought a new garage far from those and hire a new workers but nathing changes. It is writen that there is "no data" about their income so they do nothing

Yes. I even thought that truck must be without upgrades so I bought a stoke truck. Nothing changes...

they also don't start working straight away, it can take a couple in game days for them to do their first jobs,

I spent 3 months and they still not working

Have you tried to verify game's files already?
Do you have mods throwing warnings/errors in the game log?
Do you have available trailers in their garages?

Have you tried to verify game's files already? - Yes, all files were ok

Do you have available trailers in their garages? - I have both trucks and trailers

The latest issue was with Fuel Tank and new drivers, as they most likely have not access to ADR3 immediately but they will anyway try to use the trailer and fail to generate a job because of their skills. Check if trailer(s) and drivers skills can combine safely, otherwise set trailers as private.

You are right. I set fuel tank to private and workers start driving. Thank you
