It's very limited and the emphasis is on getting people familiar with how a car drives in the virtual sense if they have a wheel, pedal and shifter setup. It has virtual driving instructors and challenges, but the map(s) are very limited since it is about learning how to drive in cities versus OTR (Over the Road a.k.a. highway) driving like ETS2 simulates.
The good thing about CCD is it has an extensive modding community just like ETS2, but the majority of the sources are Russian and other non-English languages. This is relevant because you sometimes don't know what you're getting in terms of quality if you can't read the reviews ;)
I actually regret buying CCD because it's very limited even with the amount of mods currently available. If you drive in real life, you will see how unrealistic it is and it's mainly to get new drivers to learn instrument scan flows and procedures e.g. fasten seat belt, check mirrors, etc.
