Seems like you're adding them fine - but they are probably not the correct kind of stream then?
I think I tracked down the radio channels you want. Please try adding these lines instead of the ones you provided in the opening post:
stream_data[196]: "http://radio.canstream.co.uk:8004/live.mp3|Resonance FM"
stream_data[197]: "http://134.213.27.207:8000/stream|NTS Radio"
stream_data[198]: "http://typhoon.exequo.org:8000/rinseradio|Rinse FM"
stream_data[199]: "http://stream0.wfmu.org/freeform-128k|WFMU FM"
Let's say you have a radio station you want to listen, such as NTS, which leads you to a site like this:
http://ntslive.co.uk/
At the bottom you should see "Listen On: " followed by several links, but if you hover over them you'll see they are all in different playlist formats: " http://134.213.27.207:8000/listen.pls " etc...
What you can do with links like that, which really look like valid stream addresses, is stripping them down to the base URL. If you follow " http://134.213.27.207:8000 " with your browser, it should take you to a Icecast Streaming Media Server application status page with the stream provider's info. What we want to know is the Mount Point, which in this case is revealed to be "/stream". When we add that to the base URL, we should have a working address. Dressing the URL from this example into a nice ETS2 format, we get the line I provided in my earlier post:
stream_data[197]: "http://134.213.27.207:8000/stream|NTS Radio"
Should a streaming server contain more than one channel, the Icecast status page will contain separate info boxes for each. Check out the Digitally Imported channel list, as an example:
http://pub4.di.fm:80
also the radio im trying to add is https://www.radioswhplus.lv/

Rummaging through the Shoutcast lists to find stations that I wanted took 90% of the time I spent.
^^^ That's just the URL to their station's website, as explained in the How TO guide you need a URL that when you paste it into a browser and hit enter plays music. Can you get a stream of that station's programming? That's the starting point.
Also, anytime you click "load from internet" ingame it just overwrites anything you've done with the SCS list...that's what it "loads", that choice should really be labeled "restore default station list"
SWH http://87.110.219.34:8000/swhmp3
SWH+ http://87.110.219.34:8000/plusmp3
SWH Rock http://87.110.219.34:8000/rockmp3
SWH Gold http://87.110.219.34:8000/goldmp3
SWH Spin http://87.110.219.34:8000/spinmp3
That's what you needed, and don't click load from internet
the thing is, i dont see any radio stations when i start the game if i dont click the load from internet, but ill try, also thx Karli for the stations, tho im only interested in SWH+
