How to find config
Please help where i can find my config.cfg in my profile?? I save my profile in steam cloud

It should be here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata
You have to dig through a lot of numbered folders but eventually you will find it.

If you're looking for the hardware config.cfg, then it's MyDocs\ETS2\config.cfg
If you're looking for the gameplay config.cfg, then it's Steam\userdata\<id>\227300\remote

Plain and simple, it's in the DOCUMENTS folder.

The saves in steam cloud dont have config.cfg file.

If you can't see the "euro truck simulator 2" folder in user/documents right after an install or is on a new PC it's because the folder is'nt created yet, you have to make a profile first ingame.

Also dont use steam cloud, make your own backups.

They do.
So is cloud finally fixed? Previously it stored only the profile, not settings, so it was useless.
