Can you learn how to drive irl in this game with a steering wheel?
is this game realistic enough with a game steering wheel to help me learn how to turn and park regular car irl?

I would think so.
I have a G29 wheel and it works well.

Car steering wheels turn 2 + 1/2 times either side, so make sure your gaming wheel is set up for 900 degrees and exactly matches the movements of the steering wheel in your truck.

Even using a xbox controller you can understand the concept of driving. And if you want more than a steering wheel, I suggest trackir.
