Im very new to windows since I just to have a mac. Could you PLEASE explain to me step by step on how to fix this. I really want to play Euro Truck Simulator i've had it for 2 days and it still wont let me play because of this error. Please help
I'm honestly not familiar with Mac. If you are familiar enough to navigate to where Steam is installed, what I said above stays the same for fixing it.
I did a quick search. I'm not sure what version you are running but the first post in this link is pretty direct on finding Steam. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2012853
I found out where the steam folder is and what was the exe. But when i deleted everything and steam started updating I kept getting errors saying that i needed to add stuff back. What am I doing wrong?
Wait I kind of got lost in translation. You are on Windows I'm assuming? If that's the case then you might have just deleted your whole library if you deleted everything in the folder besides the steam.exe. If you did do that then you'll just want to uninstall Steam if that's still an option for you, the end result being just reinstall Steam entirely.
Oh boy the non-solution Steam "solution".
