If it's the sort of benefits I'm thinking of due to the smiley you put next to it; I doubt they'll add that as I suspect SCS wants to keep ETS2 with a 3+ rating. But benefits that wouldn't increase the age rating could be something like an extra bit of money on the side of what you'd initially get paid for your delivery etc.
Passage of time between quick jobs. It's just not right that you are almost falling asleep, then hit "unload cargo", take another quick job — and you are fresh and rested while clock shows the same time, same day.
Removal of "teleportation". It would make sense that in order to get a quick job you need to spend some time getting to it's location. I don't mean the gameplay of getting there. Just would be nice if in-game time advanced in such cases. Also for visiting dealers and such. Currently the only difference between visiting and buying online is that online shop works 24-h. Delivering your ordered truck to a garage should also take some time. At the moment when you buy your first truck, you simply teleport to dealer, then teleport to your HQ with the truck. I've been trying to make it look realistic by taking a quick job towards my HQ city and visiting the dealer during the job, but it's very hard to find a proper quick job from the right place (i.e. where you are supposed to be after finishing the previous).
Also, me not having to pay for the damage caused by an ai bus not reaisng that I was indicating.
Seasonal weather; depending on the time of year the weather in Europe changes a lot. Where's the snow?
Delivery and pick-up of freight at airports.
Improve Köln; move it to the left banks of the river Rhine. Now it is more or less located in Leverkusen
Update roads in Europe. e.g., Belgium hardly has single lane highways at junctions.
Easier addition of on-line radio stations or local music files in menu instead of manual changing a file.
Toggle to highlight non-covered roads/sections/areas in map; bright pink or bright green comes to mind. Currently stuck at 99.97% and cannot find untraveled areas easily.
