Report a translation problem
In your Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod\ folder, create a new folder with a name of your choice. Inside, create a new text document, and change the name + extension to
It can be left blank, this just makes the game recognise that you've got a mod there. Now create a folder named def, and now whatever def file you change, wherever you got it from in the game files, you need to create that same directory structure and put the def file in that location under the mod/yourmod/def folder.
Next time you run the game and open the mod manager, you should now see the (blank) mod. Activate it and see if your changes took effect.
Now if you want to make adjustments to it, close the game, open the mod folder, find the def in question, make your changes, and relaunch the game.
