Advice on Making 90 Degree Turns on Exit Ramps?
These types of exits have a very narrow road and just a small turning area in general, how would these best be handled (I'm focusing on realism)?

Assuming you are driving on the right, as in the picture...

Left turns are much easier than right, but the key to either is taking the turn slowly, and as wide as possible. Particularly for right turns, you might need to use a foot or so of the far lane when exiting. You are going to drive out as far as posisble, and then crank the wheel at the last moment as tight as possible, which is why you need to be going slowly (so the wheel has time to turn, and so it can turn as tight as possible). You should also leave from opposite side of the lane as you are turning. So if you want to make a right turn, get over on the left side of the exit ramp to get as far from that guard rail as possible. You may also want to turn slightly to the left at first when pulling out, for some extra clearence.

For a right turn onto that off ramp, simply take it slow, and from the main road. That right turn exit road is barely big enough for normal sized cars. Feel free to use as much of the main lane as you need to make the turn.

If your ever in a city with buses (or even something like a box van), watch how they take right turns. They leave from the far side of their lane, and they carve out an overwide turn with the front wheels so they don't run over peoples feet on the sidewalk with the rear ones. For particularly tight spaces, you'll often see them move partially into the next lane over when starting the turn, and/or obstrcut opposing traffic while completing the turn. Many intersections where I am on bus or truck routes have the left lane set back 10-15 feet from the intersection specifically so that large vehicles can use that space while making right turns.

Polska!

That's what I thought for most instances as I have seen in the US, when the situation allows of course.

Yes, that's what I was wondering, my gut told me that was legal to do, but I wasn't so positive.

Now, in this video that I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vxa1rQgoRY

He explains to wait til the front of the trailer is in line with the center of the turn radius before you start turning the wheel, and maintain a 1ft distance from the curb. From what I have seen in game, this is a bit different in European countries, few curbs I've seen are very sharp, usually rounded quite a bit (in town) other than businesses.

Actually, nothigng more to add :D
I'm taking this right turn (the one the white car is on) from the main lane (that one that goes strait). Head strait, and turn as late as possible (almost hitting sign in the middle). With right blinker you still have to watch the inner side, if there is no car that is trying to turn right ignoring your blinker. All other are simple - just take as much space as you need :) Even if you have to take opposite line.

Depending on what load you are carrying, stay either in the right lane (not the sliproad lane) or cross into the sliproad so you are about half and half.

As you approach the corner turn left slightly before making the right turn, to give the trailer enough room to make the turn without scraping the barrier.

Just keep an eye on your mirrors, if you leave too much room, AI cars will sometimes try to come down the inside, regardless of your indicators.
