What Is "RETARDER"
Im new in this game.
And i have bad english so i cant understand what retarder is
I Increase retarder and my truck goes slow..

A retarder is supposed to slow your truck down. You use it instead of your footbrake to slow down before corners, or hills or whatever.

just slow? or brake until truck stop? because its sound like a machine breake but u still can thorttle up

When the retarder is activated, the engine won't accelerate as much.
If you have enough weight in the trailer, and you have the retarder set to maximum, I believe it will stop the truck. Eventually.
