Problems with ets2

Hello drivers! I have been facing a problem for a few days. The game goes ok for about 10 minutes, after which it simply stops, the screen locks and gives me the desktop. What is the problem and a possible solution please?

Go to "C:\Users\*your username*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" after a crash.
Open "game.log.txt" after the crash, (NOT game.crash.txt) in Notepad or other text editor.
Copy it all and then post it to pastebin.com (split in two parts if too big).
Post the link to that page on here.

To begin.
Go to your euro truck game in steam. click it once and then right click,
then a screen will appear, but there on properties.
Click on that, and go to local files, in the new screen is the last line. check file integrity.
Click on this, it will probably download files again.

because there is a whole line with this:

You appear to be playing on a Lenovo laptop with very low RAM:
00:00:00.006 : [mem] physical total: 8097M

and a very low spec integrated GPU:

which is using system RAM, instead of fast, dedicated VRAM.
The crash is this:

I would not expect a low spec laptop to be able to run ETS2, even at the lowest graphics settings, but you could try lowering all the GFX and testing it, after doing this:

Make sure that the graphics driver and Windows itself are up to date.

Change this line in the config (or config.cfg) file:
00:00:00.xxx : uset cf_asus_aura "1"
00:00:00.xxx : uset cf_razer_chroma "1"
Change the "1" to "0" (zero) in both lines and save it.
You can find the file in your documents in the ETS2 folder.

Verify your game files. You can do this by doing a right-click on the game in your Steam Library and going to "Properties". There you go to "Local files" and there should be the option to verify your files. This will fix any missing or corrupt game files.

You also have the option of testing the game running in OpenGL, it may perform better than in DX11.

Those are normal if you don't own all of the map DLCs and the OP doesn't have the Italia or Batlic Sea DLCs.

As to the original issue, the error code would suggest that the video card is failing to keep up with the game and given the specification I would say that even with all of graphics options turned right down that PC is going to struggle to play the game.

Ok .... so the laptop is to blame ... Isn't there a solution? A reinstallation of windows or something? I ask because I spent 400 euros on the steering wheel and pedals and I feel bad :))))

You can't upgrade hardware by reinstalling software. I'm sorry for you, but office hardware wasn't made for gaming. You can use your wheel also on a proper gaming computer, so at least that won't be a problem.

GFN cloud game with that office computer, (KWS GFN download) FYI, saved my gaming live, gaming on a patato computer) ETS and ATS run amaingly well on the cloud 90FPS 1440p etc ULTRA-MAX settings :) ! and linked to STEAM ( amazing new Gaming Tech )

they keep erasing my posts about it, when i include demo videos, guess SCS does not want t get the word-out too much on this amazing new gaming !!? ill try without youtube link, see my library for examples :)

Ok ... thanks a lot guys .... most likely I will continue to play ets2 at a lower resolution or maybe I'll start again with Scania Truck Simulator ..... thanks a lot and good roads!

Can running on 32 bits help the laptop stop freezing and booting me out?

No. You would still need hardware capable of running the game. 32bit is just limiting you to 4GB RAM.
Only chance is to have NOTHING running in the background and to have your graphic settings at the absolute lowest possible.

No, you can NOT download more RAM. If you want more RAM you have to buy more RAM sticks. In the same way you can not just download something to make your 128GB SSD a 2TB SSD.

Did you even try watch the video at all ?
since i know you cannot download real dynamic rams its about physical rams, but you can do a swap space/page file. Please try watch a bit so you know it better since english not are my natural language

Ps. only got m2 sticks self
