Are you just hearing the in-cab noises? There is a bag or something that "crinkles" when you turn the wheel, even slightly.

Your Lucky i have lost all in cab engine sounds on all engine, last night at close of play i did notice Steam and ETS2 from Beta to proper was updating. mine may have been lost or in the mix...
Galaxt.Star do you have-
1. Any engine mods or transmission mods running or any Moda at all?
2. What wheel and/or combo contoller are you using?

Do you have that the whole time? Since I updated to Win10 I have short, 1-2 sec., intermittent statics and the game stutters for a moment. Could be when it autosaves, but not everytime. I am using Siberia V2 USB headphones and have the onboard soundchip disabled in BIOS.

What sound device are you using? I have a Realtek on board sound and I also suffer from crackling sound related to the engine noise. I have tried different things, but have not yet been able to get rid of it. I plan on adding a sound card instead of using on board sound to see if that clears it up.

This is the only game where I get that sound, but I love the game so much, I just try to ignore it for now.

I have the same issue if I use my Logitec speakers or my Logitec headset (not a high end set).

I believe mine is caused by the ownboard sound chip, but my system is about eight or nine years old, and needs to be updates.
