Snap View to Center
Has anybody figured out an easy way to do this?

What I want to happen, is when I look L/R, the view should snap back to center automatically when I release the button.

I found one "workaround" that involves editing the config for trackir, but I don't have the patience to go through that method.

Anyone?

I would've liked to be able to do this. But I mapped the center view button (default Num5 on keyboard) to my Xbox360 controller, and now it's enough for me.

I can't find anything, so I'm taking the plunge I think.....

TrackIR, here I come!

I was thinking of TrackIR but with VR around the corner I think i'll wait, plus seems expensive for what it is.

I actually think I'm going to rig up my old ps3eye camera. I'm seeing some success with using that and Facetracknoir. I'll let you know, but I agree, it's tough shelling $100 when VR is around the corner.

Duh. The whole point of this post was that I don't want to push a button to center my view.

I wasn't sure if you were inerested in VR but if you are I would advise waiting, this pseye thing sound like a nice tempoaray fix though.I should have one of those kicking around somewhere...

Wow weak.So there are snap views, but it just stays there. I thought I missed a setting in the game. I have to do some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to make it snap back to center :\

heh that actually was pretty easy. I followed the instructions at http://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=111&t=88092 and it works just fine. Finally no more fumbling with the view. I just wanted a simple snap.
