how to check that the mods are compatible with version 1.41

Look up the mods you have and if it is stated in the description if they are compatible with 1.41 or not.

In Mod Manager, anything enabled that is DEFINITELY incompatible will have a red warning symbol next to it and in the list of all your mods incompatible mods will have a red light on them.

If you mean mods that you have not subscribed to yet, check the mod description and change notes

Though this only works if the mod author made a manifest.sii file with the mod and stated the compatible version in it. If the mod doesn't have a manifest.sii file or the compatible version isn't stated in it the mod manager will always say that the mod is compatible even if it actually isn't.
