eurotrucks.exe (and amtrucks.exe) now uwp app?

im playing eurotruck simulator 2 since years, but recently i realized that now the exes is uwp apps. why? i have two personalization programs and monitoring programs that with games or programs in fullscreen this programs pauses/stops, but with euro truck simulator 2 and american truck simulator this no longer occurs, and in task manager with eurotrucks.exe and amtrucks.exe appears a leaf icon indicating that "this uwp process are suspended to improve the system performance", this make me think: this type of exe is causing the recent bad performance problems in different reports of different players? stutterings? crashings? etc? maybe, maybe not, but it will great that reverse this change with normal exes, is annoying pauses the programs manually that before pauses automatically, this is only with eurotruck simulator 2 and american truck simulator, with my other games and programs in fullscreen the programs pauses/stops automatically as usual, so, the problem isn't my monitoring/personalization programs.

ETS2/ATS exe's are as they always have been. A Windows compiled binary capable of running without UWP.

SCS may be planning the cross-platform unification of the software. Right now I do not see any other .exe than always, on my end.
