where did you buy it?

if you bought it in steam, there is no key, just go to your library, select the game from the list, and click in the install button

If you bought it on Steam, there is no key. If you bought it from someone else, please contact them.

If you want to connect it to WoT then you only need the key if you bought it on a CD and NEVER connected it to Steam. For your game on Steam you connect it via Steam. For that your games need to be publicly visible.
