How to adjust suspension height?
Does anyone know how to adjust suspension height?

You have to set keys/buttons for it in the controller settings.

Go to System -> Options -> Keys & Buttons
There search for Suspension category and assign the keys you want to front and rear suspensions.

Note that you have to repeatedly press an assigned button to lower /raise suspensions as you might be tempted to just press the button and wait.
