Moza Pit House

I bought a Moza R5 bundle but cant get the Pit House software to run on my gaming system.
It starts for about a second then vanishes from the screen.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I didn't have any issue downloading and opening - try the offline installer, if you still have issues may need to raise a ticket with Moza

Turn off the wheel power - disconnect from computer and then try again.
