i can half-understand this
if you are looking for a winter mod: Frosty Winter Mod for ETS2
if you want SCS to implement it officially, wait for christmas event. sure, it might not span across the entire map, but you get winterland probably again.

It snows maybe once a year in Madrid, Spain (I live there). Not much more in England (I am English), lots of rain though. I like immersion and a bit of realism so no snow for me thanks.

I would be OK with Spring, Summer and Autumn but not Winter.

There was significant interest around last years Christmas Wonderland event, were you got to travel to a new mini Winter Wonderland map for the final WoT event of the year.

It is likely that the event will feature again this year, we don't know what will be different, but the map 'may' change slightly.

I don't think that it would be easy to create real levels of snow across the complete ETS 2 or ATS map easily. I don't know what the future holds regarding a complete Europe winter map, but there is years of work to make it to high SCS style standards.

idk about you OP, but people generally seem to think that adding snow to the game will make the roads all white and slippery while in reality it doesn't snow that much and often in many parts of the map and the type of roads we drive on in the game are the first to get snowplowed and gritted (with salt) and irl they will be clean to drive on in a few hours or less, at least where I live.
