What time GMT on the 4th
As the title says what do they release games?

SCS usually have a livestream in the evening (europran time) and after that the DLC gets available on the Dteam Store page.

From experience it is about 6-7pm CET so you about 5-6pm GMT.

Which btw. should be the usual time the Steam Store refreshes their offers........so if a game does not communicate some other release time, it usually always is at the time of the store refresh.
