I have this dlc and i still cant do it or maybe i am too stupid

If you are referring to the ability to adjust the front/rear suspension, this was added with game update 1.44. You will have to go into Options --> Keys & Buttons to assign keys/buttons to use the feature, as there are no default assignments.
