Nordic Horizon DLC

Finally SCS announced the Greece DLC release date. Now I am just curious about the Nordic Horizon DLC. Usually SCS takes minimum 15 months to 2 years to release a new map DLC. So I guess Nordic Horizon will take another 15 months. What do you guys think?

if you ask me it is an absurdity to make a map expansion that implements a region of an already exsiting map expension. instead they should make it as an update of the scandinavian DLC or renew the scandinavian dlc and give those who already own the old ones an at least 50% discounto onto the new one

I agree. But the discount may be a bit far fetched.
Reworking old maps and expanding the EU map is great. But the core game remains more or less the same. Yes - Driving Academy came along as a nice add on and there has been added new features to the driving experience. But I still miss many changes to make the game come more to life and getting closer to the full trucking experience. Especially when it comes to deliveries. It’s very basic.
For me the game has had a highly therapeutic value but has also gotten very repetitive. So for now the game is uninstalled. I might look into it again at some point in the future.

So if your boss asks you to expand on some work you did previously, you'd expect to not get paid for it?

An author should only be paid for the first book of a series because the following books only expand on what was already provided? And readers should get those following books at a discount because they purchased the first?

Looking forward to Nordic Horizons, hopefully lots of mountains and narrow, twisting mountain roads to test my fledgling driving skills. Maybe there will be snow?!

As the game is in summer solstice the answer is a clear no. Not even at North Cape there is snow during that time of the year.
