Im looking for truck like this, but this one is a paint job.
You should have a folder in your Windows documents directory, for example:
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\
..\in which should be several other directories, including "mod". If there is not a directory called "mod" then you can create it to place your externally sourced mods. You can not place external mods in the Steam installation directories, they won't be found by the game.
