Tandem

I played ets2 several years ago, and now I have started driving again. But I see in several youtube clips that you can build tandem cars and chassis. Anyone know where I can find so I can build it too? I I searched and searched in steam workshop but all I find is just painting jobs etc. If it does not exist, I understand. Well I have found ONE with tandem, but it does not work for me, get neither van, tanker. Is there a special version you should have updated? Thanks for the reply!

Jag har spelat ets2 för flera år sen, och nu har jag börjat köra igen. Men jag ser på flera youtubeklipp att man kan bygga tandembilar och chassis. Någon som vet vart jag kan hitta så jag också kan bygga det? Jag jag letat och letat i steam workshop men det ända jag hittar är bara målningsjobb osv. Är det så att det inte finns så förstår jag. Jo jag har hittat EN med tandem, men det funkar inte för mig, får varken skåpbil, tankbil. Är det någon speciell version man ska ha uppdaterad?

You need to go to scs forums to find such mods, the mods from workshop imo are basic. Try searching for mods by Kast, he made some rigid trucks and trailers add-on mods. But you will need other mods for the add-ons to work, which he usually put the link in his thread. But using mod from the forum can be tricky since the mods sometimes not regularly updated to the newest game version and some compatibility issues could happen between mods. But they are way better quality-wise than those you find in the workshop

You can download it from scs forum then put the mod files into the mod folder of ets2, usually located in my documents/euro truck simulator 2/mods

A simple correction ;) The folder is named "mod", no "mods", if doesnt exist, create it.

Do i have a folder in documents with ets from steam?! Sorry for asking but i dont see any folder from steam..

You should have a folder in your Windows documents directory, for example:

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\

..\in which should be several other directories, including "mod". If there is not a directory called "mod" then you can create it to place your externally sourced mods. You can not place external mods in the Steam installation directories, they won't be found by the game.

I found the folder, but every time I put in mods and start building, the game crashes. what could it be due to?
