Demo Limitations

Countless people before have asked this and I'll ask it again - what are the demo limitations? Everyone says 8 cities visited, or 3000 km driven, and level 5 max. My demo seems to always end randomly. Is there a set amount of jobs you can do before the demo ends, or a certain amount of hours on a single profile? I have visited 8 cities before and the demo hasn't ended, I have normally driven about 1400 - 1500km when the demo ends and I never seem to be able to play enough to get past level 3. Any help?

If you've played the demo over and over and given that it isn't the most updated of versions of the game..
You should buy the game :) You'll be glad you did.

I'm still waiting for ATS, as I favour American trucks over European ones. Also below when selecting profiles there's a "1.4.12d" and that might might be the version. I've also heard rumors that the demo is updated with the main game but I'm not sure.

1.22.2.4s is the current version of the game.

Hmmmm. Maybe SCS need to fix the demo or something? I dunno. This is all really weird...

The demo has been last updated on August 16, 2013 at 09:29:41 UTC.
