And when you can do that maybe this will work too.

When you do that, turn the wheel left and the back of the trailor will turn left.
Try and use as much space as you can, that's what it's there for.
Line yourself up with the spot as much as you can, then go slowly.
Also, practice as much as you can. Every job, try to reverse into the park.
Practice and consistentcy are your best friends here. :)
Good luck with it, dude. Took me a few times to get the hang of it.
Try it for longer and it will work out sometime.
Had problems with that (and i think a lot of other too) at first too, but with the time it went better and now i only park the trailer with the cab view and the sidemirrors of the truck.
A way to think about it that helps some people is to move the BOTTOM on the wheel in the direction you want the trailer to go when in reverse, just as you move the top of the wheel in the direction you want to go while driving forward.
The other option is to watch where your wheels are going, but the you have a risk of your trailer ending up right on the edge of the box or possibly over slightly if you're not very good at reversing.
In most cases you'll probably have your trailer in the spot in one shot like most people.

(For those that don't know, it's Michal from SCS)
In my opinion, the worst in this game are the Trameri yards, where you don't have much space to move around and require quite a bit of correcting at times. I wouldn't recommend jobs to those yards as they're not as forgiving to people not used to backing in a load and would like to get used to it (amongst other issues, like the unique super narrow gateway (which also tends to be on two lane roads).
On the other hand, Most everyone else is pretty good.
I still have memories of 18 WoS: ALH on having to back in double trailers in similarly narrow yards. That can get a little difficult as to move the back trailer, you move back to using the normal logic on reversing a vehicle without a trailer, but have to quickly correct and straighten it out to compensate for two trailers. For smaller yards, or ones with less forgiving geometry, this became a puzzle that could take quite a long time.
