The mod's version is either showed on the mods' website or ETS 2 will reject it if the mod is correctly created. If not correctly created, ETS 2 will try to use it but will either fail or manage.
The differences between 32bits and 64bits is only the exes and you got both, without a doubt.
If you want toplay the 64bit version of the game, go in your steam library and click "right" on your ETS2 game there and you will see that you can load the 64bit version right there.
As i am concerned, this is the only way i can also play it myself. good game!
