Nothing wrong with the update pal. It is something to do with your PC settings or something you have put in the game files like a mod.

Try these settings in the config file for a 60hz monitor:

uset t_averaging_window_duration "60"
uset t_averaging_window_length "120"
*Setting the second value higher sometimes helps.

How about YOU check MY stream, where i have proved exactly that? You find the link to the video in this forum. So i tell you, what I know: it's ridiculous, when people come here to complain about the bad performance on their "high end" computer and blame the update 1.50 for that, since the opposite is already proved.
