If you got RTTS together with MSI Afterburner, I encourage to clean uninstall it, download and install the latest standalone RTTS version from here:
https://www.guru3d.com/download/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download/
Don't use the old-style overlay with limited features. Instead, use overlay editor by accessing it from main dialog's Setup button ➞ Plugins tab ➞ select OverlayEditor ➞ click Setup button. You can load predefined layout overlay file to what you like.
If you want to use your own layout for personal usages, consider to add RTTS supported 3rd party monitoring tool such as HW64 (free - https://www.hwinfo.com/download/) or AIDA64 (trial/paid - https://www.aida64.com/downloads) where provides more accurate and various hardware monitoring values.
Thank you.
Completely reinstalling seems to have solved the issue.
I ended up staying with the old style overlay tho. If it ain't broke don't fix it XD
