Second, on that WoT account, you need to activate your Steam game(s) (could be ETS2, ATS or both), using the Steam API option (not the keycode option).
Third, create a new profile, or edit an existing profile, and enter your WoT username and password for the login credentials.
You can not create a WoT account from within the game and you can not activate the game on your WoT account from within the game.
World of Trucks and online convoys are two totally different things.
World of Trucks is an OPTIONAL feature for taking external contracts with or without an owned trailer, which logs all your deliveries and lets you finish them in real time, rather than game time. It also lets you take part in community events and receive awards for achievements in the events.
WoT is run and maintained by SCS on their own servers and administered through the WoT website. it is not connected in any way with Steam for administration or customer service purposes.
Convoy is the ETS2 and ATS player to player in-game multi-player feature. It is unrelated to WoT and Steam. It is not the mod "TruckersMP" which is not part of the game and is unsupported by SCS. You use it at your own risk.
